“Viganj sits at the narrowest point of the Pelješac peninsula, where the channel between the mainland and the island of Korčula tightens into a natural wind funnel. This is Croatia's best-known windsurf area – a fixture in the scene since the 1989 World Championship and the 1990 Europeans.
