“Cape Town's best-known kite spot, with the Table Mountain backdrop right in view. The "Cape Doctor" – a strong southeasterly – pours off Table Mountain and sweeps the bay almost daily during the South African summer; on a good day 18–30 knots is the average, with peaks well beyond.
