“Urban windsurf spot on the east coast of Lanzarote, on the map since the early 1990s: Las Cucharas hosted the PWA World Cup back then and remains a regular wave stop on the tour. The trade wind ("Los Alisios") blows from northeast between March and September, over 15 knots on more than 80 percent of days and mostly clean side-shore.
