Progression Project forum first-hand visitor learned parawinging on the sound behind HISS in nearly flat, 20+ mph side-onshore wind. A 60 cm mast worked broadly; 70 cm worked at locally described high water, while another local reported 80 cm behind HISS. Weeds and wind-driven depth change quickly. Progression Project forum riders used REAL/Waterman's as the April 2023 meet point for a visiting prone-foil group, with a shore-runner forecast for the Saturday. This supports community/logistics use but does not prove a permanent launch at the business pin.”
