“Official City shoreline inventory identifies East Point as the dedicated kite launch. A current City agenda documents a kiteboarding and wing-foiling competition at East Point. 2026-08-12 general audit: the original City of Stevenson page and current Port homepage identify the East Point Kite Cam. Windy's camera-specific stream identifies Stevenson: East Point Kite Beach and independently publishes 45.693290,-121.878130. Its embedded stable IPCamLive alias 'kite' reported available=1; an advancing anonymous HLS media sequence produced a fresh 1280x720 frame visibly showing the launch shoreline and Columbia River. The device overlay clock is stale and was not used as freshness evidence. The stored coordinate is camera-specific and was not copied from a linked foil record.”
