“The Wulfener Hals in the southeast of Fehmarn is one of the largest and most popular venues on the German Baltic. On the inland lake (Burger Binnensee) lies an extensive, consistently shallow standing-water area that barely builds any chop and powers up from very little wind – ideal for learning and flat-water freestyle. The outer side opens to the Baltic with chop and small waves in onshore wind. Best directions are W to NW and SE to E, when the wind blows side- to side-onshore along the whole ”
