“Strande sits on the west side of the outer Kiel Fjord, with a fine sandy beach that shelves gently and is partly stony, and the harbour right next door. Home of the Kiel surf club and one of the best-known areas in Kiel Bay. The Baltic here is tide-free: no water-level window, flat to small wind chop near shore.
