“The spot is next to PZV (Plankzeilvereniging, wind surf club) De Wielen. You can park next to the water and set up your gear on the grass field. 2026-08-14 Wingfoiltips Groote Wielen audit completion: the full page says the launch is next to PZV de Wielen, with waterfront parking, grass rigging and useful W-N-E winds. PZV's current original site independently identifies wingfoiling at Surfstrand de Grote Wielen, publishes Groningerstraatweg 411 and camera/club GeoCoordinates 53.21857,5.86946, and documents weekend rental/opening hours. The existing point is corrected by about 7 m to that operator-published physical club/shore access. KNMI Leeuwarden is stored separately 7.84 km west. PZV's webcam page is stable and promises minute stills, but the live API returned [] and the newest recap was 2026-06-14, so it is not accepted as current.”
